I just got an email from Moto 400. It states because of the downward economy and slowing sales of new bikes, they will no longer sell new Yamahas or TRIUMPHS!!! WTF?? That is the fourth dealership we have lost in Ga. Now where will we go to visit during the rally? They say they will stay open but only sell pre-owned bikes and keep their parts and service dept. going. Man, I am bummed..... ride safe... Gordon

As I ride around I notice many retail establishments closing . I feel their pain and frustration , I as well lost a bundle on a service/retail business in '07 . Signs of the times .

Like 'ole Bob sang - the times are a changin' .

Yeah , "change" .

Other than Andy (who came from Machines In Motion) I have never really been impressed with Moto 400. The Triumph site, proper, has several other dealers listed in GA, perhaps it is time for some recon rides.

Thom I might be wrong, I sometimes am.

Wow, that's a shame. My local Triumph was recently absorbed into a multi brand big store.
Currently selling Victory,Polaris,BMW,Yamaha,Suzuki,Ktm,Ducati,Aprilla,Vespa and Triumph.I probably forgot a couple of brands. No way they can keep all of these flavors. I'm just waiting for the hammer to fall.
