Without meaning to imply that you are a ******, I just need to brag that my 15 year old daughter is looking forward to a roughly 6 hr pillion ride on friday, with a return journey on either sat or sun , depending on my hangover and how annoying her mother gets .

And on the following friday it'll be repeated one way with me returning on my own

I wouldnt mind the flight /ride if my daughter was along but by the time I bought tickets and a hotel for the overnight b4 the ride home I would be at the same price to just ship it.A 1 way ticket just for me is right around 300 bucks and thats a 4 hour flight for what would only take 6 hrs to drive!Im a cheap pu**y as well!lol

When you put it that way, having it shipped so that it arrives at your house all nice and shiny does sound tempting

But I still had to brag

Think of it this way... ...it could be a great "getting to know you" experience to ride it home. I would think of it as a pleasure to be able to get an opportunity to ride my new bike home...Right?
So the end of story goes, you save a few bucks and get to go for a nice long ride on your new bike.

A six hour ride you say? That's not far... take a break every tank full and you'll be fine.

I agree, make it an adventure.
