When I first saw the title of the post, the first thing that came to mind was the movie, "Meet the Parents". "You might know it as a HOPA!! it only took me 70 man hours, which isn’t bad considering I carved by hand from one piece of wood."

While she is indeed a cutie, the point of the post was that she outed her boss for playing Farmville on Facebook for nearly 20 hours a week, after he installed a tracking system to watch what everyone was doing online.
Possibly a CLM*. Not sure if I'd hire her after this. Creative, though...
