Anyone know what size/spec the small "set screw" is on the right side factory floorboards? Mine know longer wanted to be a couple, and hit the road.

Take the other one out and go to Ace , where they have that ubiquitous helpful hardware man , and hit the metric drawer . Then get some thread locker .

You sure it's not the 5mm roll pin? I lost mine this year.

Yep. it's the 5mm roll pin. Does Ace carry those?

Is that how you ask for them?

"Can I get a 5mm roll pin?"

What about length?

I had "issues" when I first bought my floorboards, two lefts, no hardware, etc. It all had to be sent back and new stuff sent to me. I never had a pin in there and I believe the chromed bracket has stressed a "pocket" in the back next to the footbar bracket.

My Ace Hardware has a metric section with the roll pins in little drawers like all the rest of the hardware. I wasn't sure on the length so I bought a few. I think I used one that was the metric equivalent of 5/8". But yes, you should be able to find a red vest in the hardware section and ask him or her "where art thine metric roll pins good sir (or madame)."

P.S. Better to err on the side of too long at first. I'd hate to have to try and fish one of those out...

P.P.S. The roll pin doesn't come with the floorboard kit. It is used by the original peg bracket.
