EPCO stainless pipes were looking a little worse for wear, so I called EPCO to see what they recommended for polishing and scratch removal. The guy at EPCO encouraged me to send my pipes back and let EPCO repolish and repack them.
I boxed up the pipes on 7/13 and sent them out by FedEx Ground. On 7/16, EPCO called for my credit card info. On 7/20 (yesterday), the pipes arrived at my doorstep.
One week, $80 (including return shipping)
, and my pipes look and sound brand new! I can't recommend these guys highly enough. This is how business is supposed to be done.
