Of interest to the brits on here. Soon to be going out of business as owner retiring, mainly due to Triumph UK insisting on bigger premises being needed. Hopefully will be replaced by a new local brach of 'Destination Triumph', hopefully their customer support will match/surpass that of 'raffs'.

Nuts! I suppose it's all about the bottom line, still, I gotta wonder if decertifying a dealer is good for anything. It happens here in the states, also...

we had the same with a Harley dealership near Milton Keynes, it has been dealing Harleys for 20+yrs, but Harley told them they had to move to a larger, newer premises or lose the right to sell Harleys. They chose not to move... I know it is just a Harley dealership, but just shows the power the manufacture has, but it doesn't take into account the dealer's finances in this economy, even though it's bikes are still being sold.
