I'm looking for some white header wrap. I really don't know anything about it though. Does it have an adhesive that bonds the wrap together when heated? If not, is there a coating that can be sprayed to "seal" the tape. I'm just not crazy about having the tape loose.

They use the stuff in racing quite a bit, but I've never seen it in white, which really means nothing. I believe it's like an adhesive tape that bonds with the metal as it's heated.

Do you know where I could get ahold of some?

It is wrapped overlapping it as you go and held on by clamps at the start and end.J&P cycle has it and it is like $75 for enough to do your pipes.But they only sell it in black.I`ve never seen it in white?

Check out eBay. I recently purchased a 50 foot roll of black header wrap for less than $30.00 shipped. I know I've seen it on there in white as well.
