I put these on my 07 America,imroved the seating position and front end feel, plus they look good too.

Just about any HD risers made for 1" bars can be used but you have to either drill the top tree or buy adapters. The HD risers use 1/2" thread and ours are 10mm. You can also make adapters if you can machine some as I did out of stainless. The risers can be had cheap off of Ebay.
