More than two dozen motorcyclists had to be rescued from deep snow as they made their way to The Brass Monkey Rally 2010 in Central Otago, New Zealand.
Police were left "shaking their heads in disbelief" after having to rescue the group which ignored road closed signs on the Danseys Pass Road. Snow near the summit of the pass was shoulder deep in places.
