I'm brand new here guys, and there is lots of great info on these threads! I've recently got an 03 TBA, and want to put on engine bars and pegs. The Triumph bars at the dealer are expensive and small. Any one had any success with Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic bars on a TBA? I like the look, but wonder if install would be a huge pain. Any thoughts or suggestions/ideas would be great. Thanks!

They are kinda small but I like the look. And with highway pegs on 'em I ride without being spread eagle, which on one hand provides less ventilation on hot summer days but is much more comfortable in the cold (if you know what I mean).
The main thing is they protect the pipes and other expensive parts in the event of a drop (as in... oops, I forgot to put down the kickstand).

I like them too. Almost regret selling mine, but they needed fixing anyway (bottom bracket on the right side snapped off). Might find another set used and powder coat them black.

I love mine. They're worth the money as they are a perfect compliment to my 09 America.

Forgot to mention that there are (were?) two difference styles from Triumph... a triangular and square type set. The square is what I went for. Easier to attach pegs to, and IMHO looks the best outta the two.

I like the smaller triangular ones, I wanted them, but did now want them to be distracting like the square ones. Different tastes is all.
Get what you like.
