A little while ago someone was offering the electrical adaptor using the connector under the tank, to add other electrical gadgets. It was paypal only. Is this still available?

I remember a connector that connected to the alarm socket on ebay.

After checking some other threads, it is the auxiliary power socket adaptor that im looking for. The one that connects directly to the bike without me cutting into the wires.
thanks for the reply NIBiker.
Anyone have info on this item ?

I used Powerlet part number PSO-001.

There is a connector tucked away above the engine that will plug right into the Powerlet socket.

You can see the socket location in this photo:

I just spend $5 at my local autoparts and wired a 12V power socket to my running light in the headlight shell. The socket is behind the headlight. Easy to reach, no wires dangling near hot engine parts.
