Any recommendations on fast vendor shipping for this item? Carb is slowly vibrating out of one boot (K&N,newspeedmaster carb brace,w/upgraded clamps). After reading other posts i can assume one rubber boot is misformed I have out of state trip planned towards the end of the week. Dealer closed until Tues. Could this be dealer stocked item?
thanks

My first thoughts are, do you have the air box on? If no then , Do you have a carb brace to hold them up? Are the rubbers both on the right way? Are the clamps tight?

You could try Hermy's if he has them in stock he would over night them but that costs as you probably know. Hermy tends to stock most stuff.

Are you sure they are mounted correctly? They do have a front/back as well as up/down.
Not remembering the exact front back, but the up down should look sorta like this really cheesy asci art: /\ There is a small tab that should be on top of the boots. The carbs should also be full engaged, pressed nice and snug against the boots, not sticking out at all, ans well as the air cleaners. If this is not so, maybe a quick disassemble to check is in order. Quick enough if you do not have an airbox.

my st pete fla dealer was surprised to have 3 when i ordered .. that and new clamps .. and a month and a half waiting for new throttle cables .. now shes perfect.. 1st time since i got her last year. she runs like she should..
check for a kink .. if the carbs are moving ..been there.. parted the opening cable . as i put her back together.. 150. perfect .. hassle free miles and not a problem or complaint ..

No air box and I have a carb brace. Im positive that thay are mounted correctly on the up/down not so sure on the front to back. I did read here in the forums that the tiny tab goes on carb side, I cant find no tab.
I think I will try hermy's.
thanks

I've installed the heavy clamps from bonneville performance. So far the carbs are staying in place...good clamps
