There isn't any search at newspeedmaster.com
I tried a search of T2400151
B.C. products didn't work
British Only didn't work
British Parts Chicago didn't work
I think I might have to goto a dealer with a part number then wait for ??? weeks ...

I have yet to find anyone, dealer or otherwise, online who sells OEM parts for our bikes. I've tried "Googling" part numbers also but - no luck.
If I need something OEM, I call my dealer and he will order it for me if he doesn't have it in stock. Then he'll call me when it comes in. It usually only takes a few days.

Best thing you can do is to look up the dealers on the Triumph web site, find a phone number for them, and call to see if they have the part in stock. Go with the bigger dealers like Palm Beach Triumph, Great Bay, Team Triumph, or maybe Ma's Cycles.
I used this method when I lost my seat bolt, and needed one asap. This was before Brent offered the stepped bolt to hold the pillion pad. Called about 3 places and found one that had it in stock. Shipped it 2 days and I had it in time for a weekend 2 up ride. I've only used this once, otherwise I order from the local dealer and it takes 1-2 weeks to get parts.

Funny, I replaced my back fender today. It took me 1/2 hour to find the seat bolt ...

Never did find mine, and I know it's in the garage somewhere.

Why did you replace the fender, tatkin?... and I assume you mean you lost the bolt AFTER you took the seat off?
Hey Derek, your garage sounds exactly like mine and thanks, this reminds me of a tip for everyone. I started using old CoolWhip containers (for those that have never seen them, they are light plastic 'buckets' about 6" in diameter and about 3-6" high). As I take stuff off, it goes into the buckets (larger plastic and metal parts go onto an old T-shirt on my workbench). It's to the point that I labeled the buckets and re-use them.
Good documentation, good tools, an organized workspace (no matter how small), and plenty of light makes for where I would spend most of my time. If I had this space, I would not lose half as many parts & tools that I do now, even with the 'buckets'.
I am working on this.

Send a mail. I found after sending a mail to them it was a few hours later and I had a reply. Looks like these chaps are really on the ball and willing to help at all costs.
