Welcome Glenn! Good to see you here. Good choice on those RIVCO mirrors by the way... they look great and the added function of lights is just so cool. It appears you've really done your homework and your list of requirements is right on! There's no surprises really when it comes to installing them. You will find that the LED turn signals also work as running lights up front. For that I suggest you run a wire from the mirror down to the headlight bucket where you can tap into the parking light for power. What I did was I concealed that wire in the existing harness on the handlebars. You are gonna love them. If you need any help don't hesitate to ask (again)!!

Many thanks for the warm welcome, and even more for the advice! Glad the bill won't get any higher (that'll please the wife). I presume that they're road legal here in the UK and I'll be ok at MOT time, can anyone confirm?

I wouldn't think the legality is an issue, but there shouldn't be a problem with the MOT. When I had my last one, I was asking about removing the rear indicators and just using the front bar end ones. The MOT station weren't sure so they rang their local office and were told as long as you have indicators fitted which are visible from the front and rear then that's OK There is an MOT website you can check but it's very vague and non-committal

Glenn... I would love to see how things look on your bike. Can you try that pic again?

Hopefully you can see the photo now, here's a shot showing the indicator reminder, it's a red/orange colour and is also visible from the rear...
