I'm thinking of getting a vanity plate for the bike, but I lack creativity. I can have 6 letters, or numbers, but I can't intermix letters and numbers without a space. The IL DMV website has a cool interactive program, you can try it out PICK A PLATE . Just click on the motorcycle, 150cc & above.
There are a couple I have come up with that are available.
UK FE
BRIT FE
Like I said, I lack creativity, so I'm calling on you guys to help me out!

Kinda hung up "RATS" over there, huh Keith?

You could try "UKIRON" since you seem to be leaning that way, or BRTIRN.
BRTBIK,
BRBIKE,
TRUMPT,
TRMPET,
ANTIHD,
NOTAHD,
NORICE,
LIKMCQ (Like McQueen).
4 RIDN.

Actually Scott, I think your "UK FE" and "BRIT FE" are pretty good...especially the latter one!

(but then again, what do I know...I mean just look at how "imaginative" my handle is around here, dude!!!)

Yeah Scott, why don't cha see if the state of Illinois can issue ya somethin' like one of those big ol' "fancy" british license plates with not only ONE row of letters and/or numbers, but TWO whole rows just like THAT one!!!

(sorry Paul, I guess I'm just in more of a "playful" mode today than I usually am...I know you meant only the letters on that...sorry)

Yeah dont let it happen again...haha

Ive never wanted a custom plate though in the end just because I wouldnt want to be easily identified in a gnarly situation.

Hmmmm...."GNARLY".

HEY! There ya go Scott! THAT has six letters in it!!!

(BTW guys, coincidentally I'm about to receive my new Arizona personalized plates for my 550 Spyder in the mail...and true to form, I once again managed to come up with a "real imaginative" text on it..."550 SPDR"!!!)

I gotta admit, I like this one, but its a bit too 'north' for Hinckley.

However, with the Norton factory being in Donnington....

Dwight, maybe it's a Brit thing, being used to big ol' number plates, but it actualy reads "Trio rat", hence the R3 reference from Paul

BTW, glad you're back, things were quiet round here while you were moving house

BOLLOX is unavailable, that would have been my first choice.
NOTAHD also taken
3 UMPH can't use for some reason, IL is stupid
BRTIRN or BRTBIK or BRITBK are cool too.
IMVAIN sounds more at home on a harley

I also thought SSAMUD would be cool, but it may not get through.

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

I cant believe neither of those is taken. Sublime was a decent band, but they had a huge following.

They're playing a few places this summer with a new singer/guitarist. They have to call it "Sublime with Rome". Something like 10 shows.
