Sweet,Makes me wanna bob my America and black it out. Only thing I'd change is mounting the front signal below the bar in the stock position. Or maybe use a set of the kuraykyn bar end signals for the iso grips those are pretty sweet.

Looking good Dave... good taste in the leather accents. Quite unique and I might add, intriguing! Makes ya want to get closer for a better look. Nice!!!

Oh btw, I liked that Yami too!

Did you powder coat or paint the front forks? I wanna powder coat but really don't wanna have to redo the fork seals and everything. And I love the intakes to turn the filters around. Thought about doing that to mine but figured I'd hit my legs on em. Great bike!

2008 Speedy, AI removed, DIY airbox destruction with K&N filters, spectres, re-jetted and "custom" rattle can paint job.

Nice looking bike! I love the matte black. Are you going to black out more stuff, like the fender struts, rear shocks, headlight, etc.? Not that you need to, looks pretty good as is.

I just hit the forks when i painted the tins, they have about 10 coats of clear on them though, hopefully they will hold up for a lil while anyway, Yea the paint came out exactly like i wanted, kinda proud of myself...had the paint guy from O'riely's walk me through it, kinda nerve wracking really...glad its done and over.
My right leg does hit the turn out somewhat, not really bad but i have to be conscious of it. Overall im real happy with it, it turns some heads for sure...Thanks for all the comments also
Dave

That's beautiful, man. Well done!!

What paint did you use on the fork tubes? How many coats? Did you take the tubes out or mask everything off and paint them on the bike?
