Hi All,
Lurker here that has finally come up with a question. I have been looking at the Pro Tec backrest that FastEddie has and was wondering if anyone here has used or is using one. Being of the old and decrepit persuasion it looks to be just what I need to make my riding a little more comfy. I did a search and came up empty handed. Any light you can shed will be appreciated.
Thank you,
Frank

Thanks Moe. That is exactly the info I was looking for.Guess my search was not explicit enough. Looks like FastEddies kit is what I am looking for. I ride solo so don't have the passenger pillion anymore.
Thanks again,
Frank

searches are easier once you get to know who asked about what. My search was predicated on newt's raving about the backrest.

Thanks Paul. I went with the one from Fasteddy because I do not use the passenger pillion. The Pro-Tac backrest does not require a pillion and will fit with aftermarket seats.
Thanks again,
Frank

I seriously considered one of those before I committed to the Corbin... but either way you can't go wrong with a backrest. It truly relaxes the lower back muscles while affording the upper muscles more freedom to work the handlebars. And, it is easier to stay on the bike when you lower (or raise) you hand against the wind to wave to an oncoming biker!!
Live to love, love to live.
