Has anyone used one of these? Is this the best way to go for a complete novice?

This is the best way to go. It cost me $2.50 each for 2 main jets.
How much is the Dynojet kit again?

Welcome aboard curran802. I agree with Brain, no need to drop that much money to make some mods to your bike. You can get the individual components a lot cheaper.

Let us know what kind of changes you're gonna make...pipes, air filter etc...and we can all chime in to help you along. Most of us have done these changes to our bikes too.

Well I have stock slash cuts with 2 baffles removed so far, I am planning on removing a third.
I have pulled all 3 of the snorkels out, will replace the stock filter and slap on the Polaris bellmouth to the airbox intake

Sounds like you have the air in (polaris bellmouth) and the air out (debaffled stocks) all set. I'm guessing you question is how to set up the carbs correctly...right?

Do you have specific questions?

No nothing specific at this point. I have checked out Dinqua's site, and have a co-worker who has worked on bikes for years. He has no specific Triumph experience, but he knows enough to be able to give me a hand.
