A 1993 Kawasaki Voyager XII. Only 16k miles, $2000. I was looking for something different,
and here we go.
Plus side:
A lot warmer on these sub-40 degree mornings we've been having lately.
The Wife and the Sprog love the back seat.
Best bike for Grocery Shopping I've ever had.
First bike I've ever had w/a radio.
It's Fast as H#@%! (amazing for an 800lb bike, must be the 1200 Ninja engine)

Minus side:
800lb can be a handful below 5mph.
Side winds blow it around.
Kinda "Floaty" at speed.
Has a nasty weave above 110mph.(It'll do 130)

Going back to Steelheart after a couple days was like
going from a boat to a Jet-Ski.
Unless I can convince the Missus to keep both, I'll be
selling it once things warm up. The Boat's nice, but push
come to shove, the Trumpet's still my best friend.

Nice find at that price

I love my Triumph, but a long haul / comfort bike in the driveway as well wouldn't hurt my feelings too much. I'm old enough that no one would notice anyway.
I'm sure my wife wouldn't mind much either to have a real & comfortable seat to perch on.

Looks like a nice Voyager and a good price too. Make room in the garage and use it on "date nite" for those moonlight drives up A1A.

My wife is a little, or a lot, jealous of the seating arrangement.

I think you got a sweet deal there!
