I feel the same way. We're at or near a record pace for snow. Every day or two we get a little more except for those times we get a lot more. We haven't seen the ground for over two months. I'm glad I'm not a weatherman!

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

He needs a nice new white coat with long sleeves.

Oh, I know... those who don't agree will attack the source... we all do it. You can't argue with the dogmatic (on either side).

Well Lance, I don't think Keith's thread here is really about "global warming" per se, but is really about this particular weatherman's "delivery" or "style". And that's why I posted the Sam Kinison reference and link above.

And BTW, that NPR recording link which you provided DID make a some sense there.

(...you wine-drinkin', tree-huggin', NPR-listenin' sonnavagun you!!!)

Yeah, I just thought I'd stir the pot a little... I usually try not to, but I'm kinda bored

Yup... that guys delivery almost puts the global warming and/or winter threads started 'round here, into the realm of absurd! Thought it might help lighten the mood so-to-speak for all the cold weather sufferers. He was pretty funny!!!
