I know, I've always kinda wondered why those spy pics... like the ones in tabloids and such, are so dang blurry. I suppose it makes them seem more mysterious. But more so, I think they sometimes use the effect to cover up normal photos.

I used to think it was just a distance from the camera thing (they are "spy" shots after all) until I saw satellite shots of my own yard that were MUCH clearer.
