Anyone feel like sharing the AI Removal Kit instructions? I'm thinking I can make my own kit for about $2.00 in parts...(ok, so I'm cheap!)

Mark,
If you go to the main home page for Bonevilleamerica.com. Click on the download link on the left side of the page. There is a PDF file with AI removal instructions. Good Luck

There is a Nissan oil drain plug that works to block the holes the air injectors screw into. You will also need a rubber cap for the vacuum fitting on the top of the left intake manifold and a snap in plug to block the hose connection at the upper left corner of the airbox.

If you don't have the Calif vapor recovery system, (look for a Fosters can sized canister under the gearbox) you can connect the vacuum hose to the AI control box between the vacuum fittings on the manifolds to make the idle smoother. This will have to be disconnected and blocked to adjust carb balance or idle mixture. If you do have the vapor recovery system, it already connects the intake systems, so this won't make anough difference to be worth the bother.
