Nope. Never heard of it. Don't know if I'd want to try either. Hate putting anything on the tread of a tire.
Any testimonials?

I would think that anything that "Keeps snow from sticking on your tires" is not something that enhances the sort of traction/adhesion one would want when dealing with dry or wet conditions. It appears to be more like 'PAM' for tires. Maybe - jusy maybe has a purpose for trucks/cars presently stuck in snow, but, I seriously doubt it will do much but make a tire less 'sticky', keeping tread open. My vote - FORGETABOUTIT.
