Have been looking at these for a while now and wonder if anyone have put in something like them? IMHO they look just great!

For the main 7" and then 4 1/2" for the aux. lights:

Ok, that's a tad small. Lets try that again.

Thanks Thomas! That settles it! What about the light? Do they work as good as they look?

I got a set too. Mine are made by Adjure. Id say they throw a good amount of light but I cant say they are better than stock. For me it was primarily an aesthetic upgrade.

I don't know about the inserts but I have the adjure Bulbs Bengt. Adjure Trillient 7" Diamond Cut Blue Dot They have It comes with a 55/60 watt Xenon filled bulb. Have the driving lights as well as a few other styles available but not yet listed. They list with replacement H4 bulbs as an accessory so I suspect no reason you could not put in a beefier bulb like PIAA

I too use the adjure 'trillient' lamps. Not cheap but looks great. I don't ride much at nite - too many deer around here, so I can't really say if they're an improvement or not.

Thomas, if you don't have driving lights, get some! I live in the heart of an incredible deer population area and driving lights, whether Triumph , RIVCO or any brand makes all the difference in the world in illuminating the ditches.

I bought my Triumph bar off eBay just to test mounting because I did not want a light bar look. After I saw the difference, I couldn't take it off. I ended up swapping out to a low profile set-up mounted to the fork shrouds. Changes the way you can drive at night by reducing the pucker factor. Though you can never drive at night without a significant element of concern, it sure makes it easier when the ditches are illuminated.

They really do look good... from the time I saw them on Z's bike last summer I've wanted the same for my bike.

What type of light bar is that? I like how close the aux lights are to the main beam.

Its a Triumph bar with the ends cut off, P-clamps to hold em on and Adjure lights (like the ones Fasteddy now sells) in OEM buckets.

Thanks!

I think that's the way I am going to go too. The spacing, the bar, it looks fantastic!

Z, did you put caps on the ends of the Triumph Bar after you cut it? How did you dress it up looks like you did it nice.

Here's my Adjure inserts. Don't swap out any of the bulbs with a bulb of higher wattage....you'll get more heat and frost up the lamp on the inside. Don't ask me how I know!
Read the warning that comes with the lamps.

eddy's lamps indicate a glass front....they could stand a bit more heat.

Ed, Yes I dressed them up with some plastic chrome insert things I got at my local Ace hardware. Some sort of plumbing part or something out of their specialty trays.
I remember they are stainless and I hit em with a dab of polish to get them shiny.
I don't know what they were but I did have to use a rubber mallet to get em in there.

Yep, I have the trilient with the blue dots. They look cool, and the light is about 30% better. I give them the credit for the last deer I missed. Only thing, they are a tight fit in the head light ring, especially if you have a visor.

Bengt, I just got in a Skull type of the adjure fora customer. Man these things are spiffy! They are crystal clear I can see why they are brighter than stock as they are less opaque. I tried to get a photo of the two to show the difference, but I don't have great luck shooting chrome. From what I can see? These are a very nice item.
