Ok, one spot that has always bugged me.... The tube in the frame below the air box that is open on both sides. Has anybody come up with anything decent to plug it? See the below pic of Grazuh's bike for an example - below the airfilter, with a hose running into it on this bike....

I plugged mine some months ago. If you message me your e-mail address I will send you details and photographs. Got a couple as free samples from a company in the UK. Am at work at the moment so do not have access to my e-mails or photographs. regards texasbrit

I used this $1.60 expandable plug from PepBoys. The other end is blocked by the battery box, and is thus a non-issue. It is opened & closed by finger tightening.(no tools req.) And yes, it is a great "stash" place. (for tools )
And you may see me tonight

I thought of you when I posted (posted )that. My theme is brass, so it was perfect for me. I suspect you could have it chrome plated, for about $20 bucks! (or wrap it with the shiny side of aluminum foil & use a S.S.wingnut, as the Dog would probably suggest. ) (thanks Mountaindude)
