Does this mean that Canadians cannot multitask?
For instance, what if this took place?
Two cops looking for an axe murderer walk by a guy with a bloody axe.
The rookie looks at his FTO and says, "Hey sergeant, there’s our guy!”
To which the FTO responds, “Naw kid ya got losts to learn yet. He can’t
