Correct pressure in the tires. Correct chain tension.

Other than say running out of fuel, why would that matter?

More pressure at the fuel pickup due to the weight of the fuel. That also adds traction on the dyno rollers.

For more pressure on the dyno rollers, request the "Fat Guy" sit on the bike. Actually, the fat guy may just add more weight, stealing HP & torque. ( by the minuscule amount of friction resistance)

Also be sure to have everything set up as you intend to run the bike, exhaust, intake, AI , etc. Best time to have your bike tuned on a dyno is mid riding season since humidity and temperature make a difference.

It's always mid season here and it's always really really humid.

All done. Thanks guys for your tips. I've sent the results off to Staffo. Not the fastest bike in the forum but lovely smooth curves - oh and my dyno graph has lovely smooth curves too. 52.3 Hp / 50.3 Torque A/F just above 14/1 sloping gently down to 13.1/1
