take take take is all I can do at this forum. At some point I will be able to give. As I mentioned before, my BA is brand new and when I am rolling it around the garage to park it I can feel and hear friction. Upon further inspection, both the front and rear pads are always in contact with with the discs? Is this normal?

Yes, with disc brakes the pads always lightly rub the rotors.
