Is it just me or does the Thunderbird headlight look to small for the bike?

I agree. Too small. It's one of the small complaints I had as to styling.

I think the Thunderbird headlight might look good on the America. I think the stock America is too big.

i think they did it to give the bike that "wide glide" look because i think the wide glide mkt is the one they are after. just my thought on the subject????

Just real quick when I was at my dealer the other day he said the larger Rocket Headlight would fit in the Tbird bracket

I had the chance to take an up close look at the bird last week and the first notion that popped into my mind was - I'd bet that big ol' BA/SM headlight would look sweet on there. I also considered that maybe that bucket would look nice painted. And then, I thought that big bucket might be a good place to stick the hi-beam indicator. But, finally I thought none of it matters because I'll most likely never get my hands on one. That's when I started to tear up and I had to leave.
