Just got them. Size 38 fits exactly like a pair of Levis. These are comfortable, and slightly heavier than Levis. The entire aft/a.. area has an extra internal layer of cloth, which is Kevlar, and a large knee area also. Both areas of Kevlar go longitudinally from seam to seam. A video was very inpressive, of the company's founder volutarily being dragged on his but at about 100 mph, wearing the jeans. Anyways these are very comfortable, and to the casual eye, they look like any other pair of jeans. They also have deep front pockets. I also ordered the knee pads, which would provide a lot of protection, but are not that comfortable when off the bike, as they are against your bare skin. I probably won't wear the knee pads much, but the jeans are great, and the extra Kevlar material in the knee area will also probably help keep the knees warmer in cold weather. I commute on the bike almost every day, so comfort and looks as well as protection were important. http://www.dragginjeans.com/

Me and my wife has since several years Dragging jeans and jackets and are very pleased with them, perticulary in hot weather. We bought our stuff from the Dragging Jeans in the States. After that I discovered that there is another company in Australia that also calls itself Dragging Jeans and uses identical logos etc. They are found at www.draggingjeans.net and a local english branch at www.draggingjeans.co.uk.Does anybody know how come both these two companies claims to be The Dragging Jeans? I have asked the US based company but they did not like to talk about it. Just curious. By the way the Australien version has a bigger range of kevlar cloth. Hasse

Then there's these- http://www.hoodjeans.co.uk/I've got a pair of their jeans and they're very good. The lining is the same material as Kevlar but they're not allowed to use the name which is a registered trade mark. The armour, should you want it, fits between the lining and the heavy denim and not against your skin. UK made. John

The UK company, and the Aussie company are the same company. Not sure about the US, but the logo is Identical. I sent them an email here in NC to dig a little into this.
