I have dealt with them twice.

Customer service is fast, friendly, and expensive, depending on what you are dealing with.

I bought a cheapo Riders Wearhouse plastic clock that snaps onto my handles bars. I've had it 3 years and replaced the battery once-one of those little flat cheap batteries. I also have a Casio wrist watch that gets a signal from Colorado once a day to make it is in sync with the atomic clock in Colorado. Guess what, the cheapo keeps time to the second with my Casio. They aren't lighted and the face is about the size of a nickel but it works great.

http://www.clocks4bikes.com/ This is what I have. Great quality, good backlight, easy to activate with gloves, inexpensive.

Those Clocks4Bikes are nice... and so are the Formotion. Bit of a toss up here I'd say. I plan on a pair myself sometime this coming winter.

Marlins is local and a little cheaper than Formotion. I've been thinking of swinging in and look in person before buying.
