Anyone have any experience with putting Arlen Ness grips and,or mirrors on our bikes???
They have some nice stuff...

I have the billet style mirrors that have flames on the outer surface. Look great on the speedmaster.

I have a set of the Rad Teardrop mirrors on my bike, I love the look; but I have to admit the left one kinda interferes with your clutch hand (got used to it though); no vibration, look really tough, extremely expensive though (I wanted 'em, had to have 'em, paid for 'em)...you can kinda see them in the attached picture...

Beavis, the Nessies did not have adapters. I just left the metal flanges in the stock holes that came with the SM original equip mirrors and snugged them up. No vibration. The mirrors are not convex. These look awesome on my bike, but the field of view is no where near as good as stock.

I have a set of the Arlen Ness Billet Aluminum Torpe grips on my America. They look sweet, and they didn't require any adapters. They fit all 1" handlebars with dual throttle setup.

Hey Tsalagi/Lee,
What's that handlebar setup you have on your bike? O'm insterested in knowing what the rise height is and how much pullback there is. Also, what's the ride like with them on? I'd appreciate any info you can throw at me.

SalMaglie, my bars are Carlini Design 30 1/2 inches wide, 9 inch risers, with 11 inches of pullback, they are 1 1/4 instead of 1 inch...the ride is great, makes me feel like I have more control of the bike. All cables worked fine, although I did have to move the throttle cable from the left side of the frame to the right side so there wouldn't be any crimping...
