Over the past few years we have had some members pass away two in the last year. Have we ever considered having a spot for a memorial. If I remember the first get together for this site was a funeral. Yet there is no place to know who that person was. I think it be nice to remember the people who have past on. I for one would like to honor are firends in some way

I know Derek Moisher (SalMaglie) was one, who was the other?

I thought the first get together was the 1st GA rally.

There was a member named Mike (I think) who died when a van turned in front of him. Somewhere in the south, I know some of our southern members will remember him. They had a memorial ride that Robert Wade attended, may have been the first gathering. There used to be a section in the photopost (remember that) for rallys etc. There were pictures there.

Yep, Dave! It's kind'a like that old joke, isn't it?!....."Ya know it's gonna be a reasonably good day when ya wake up, grab the morning paper, and don't find your name on the obituary page!"!!!
Those are both pretty good jokes.
Yeah, I think it's a real good idea. Respect and honour are cornerstones of what it means to be human.

Yep.. it was down in the big town (Atlanta).. the guys name was Mike Mahon (Mohan?) one of our oldest members. A bunch of local riders put on a ride for his memorial.. Robert came down and met with Squidd, Vinton, GATBAmerica (Backroads) and Skippy to make the ride. I had the sucky work thing going on and couldn't make it. It was later that year we made the ride to Evansville so I suppose that was the first gathering of BA.com members.

There is a lady here in Tucson goes by the name of Linda...
I am sure she would like to see this happen.
