"Little Debbie" is the tradename for a whole grain, wheat germ based snack cake preferred by the organic types. Originating from 1960's/early 70's communes of the desert southwest, these cakes have maintained a small but loyal following. They are used as high value barter on grade school playgrounds, especially when topped with powdered sugar jh

The Little Debbies around here aren't health food at all. Its a line of different single serve cakes and pastries sold in convenience stores. They are about half the price of the competition, and all are good. I could live on their Zebra Cakes

Thanks for that, Lonzo! I've been surfing the Little Debbie site after your posting! Those darn Oatmeal Cream Pies are calling me!!! Well, I guess it's a trip to Wally-World for lunch. Or maybe I'll skip Little Debbie and just buy a couple packs of Sno Balls... http://www.hostesscakes.com/snoballs.asp

The other day, I spotted some counterfeit Jaffa Cakes at Wallmart. They were called Pims. Pims

This is the first I've heard of Jaffa cakes. I originally thought it was Java cakes and was exited at the thought of Little Debbie with caffeine.
For the record my favorite Little Debbie cake is the double fudge Swiss cake roll. It is like taking a Swiss cake roll and pouring Hershey’s syrup on it.

Could you imagine being stopped at US customs with a suitcase full of jaffa cakes and having to explain what is going on.
"honestly they're for some friends officer!"
Before the war on terror, if I saw an unattended package I used to think "I'll be having that!"

My attempts at them were like "meh".
I've tried them. I tried liking them. ******, I even tried loving them when I was living down south. They're not bad, but sorry, Ding Dong trumps a Moon Pie.
