Tear-Drop Convex (very similar to the Meriden era). No vibration Idle-80MPH (beyond that I wouldn't know). Mirror heads fit our stems perfectly. Better field of vision. Yamaha V-Max part number: Left side - 4NK-26280-00-00 Right side - 5BN-26290-00-00 $42 per at Yamaha, less than 1/2 that on E-Bay. Regards,

Very nice. Wish I had gotten these instead of the kuryakyn's.

They look a lot like mine that I got from JC Whitney for I think 25 or 30 bucks. This picture isn't the best but you get the idea. I've always like the Yamaha mirrors and wondered if they would fit! Good to know. If I hadn't found these, I was going to look into getting the Yami's.

Do you have a JC Whitney part number for those?

77T140V, this might be a dumb question, but are those mirrors attached to the stock stems?

FYI the ones I listed come with stems, sit lower, but farther to the side than the stock stemps. So they give the bike a lower profile. They have a weird thread on them, so it required some whacky fiddling around with the mounting bolts, but they do work.

Benny...nice look. I really like the look of that Corbin. I notice you either put on a speedy passenger peg support bracket or did you paint the ugly grey one? Looks nice and blends in much better than the grey one on my bike. Is that the basic Corbin Solo seat?

I wanted to know if anyone knew where I can find a replacement screw for my triumph bonneville america mirror..when riding last sunday noticed the mirror loose, when I checked it out I noticed it was missing a screw at the bottom to keep it secure. Just wanted to know where I can get a replacement screw ...

Alan, that's a Corbin solo with flame stitching. I have a passenger pad (with flame) too, but I take it off when not needed. And yes, speedy passenger pegs, T100 sprocket cover, and Speedy front fender too. Had my pegs down at the lower mounting hole, but my girlfriend and my sister both prefer them on the brackets, so there they are.
Reinaldo, got your e-mail. Do you mean a nut? Not a screw? I think the mirror stem goes thru the control housing and is secured with a nut. I'd just take the whole mirror stem into a hardware store and find the replacement hardware for it. Simplest way... Go stainless if possible.

Found the same looking mirrors at local Yammerhammer dealer $17.95 ea. Not quite as convex as our stock, mirrors mount on stock Triumph stalks, "Bikemaster" brand part #60-0229. Visibility much improved.

Tom: Have to thank you for the suggestion. Bought a pair on eBay ($32 delivered) - they work great! Vibration is finally gone completely . Much better than my Kuryakyn Magnum Plus mirrors - which were blurry & pitted after 6 months. Thanks again. Palmer

I really like those mirrors. I think I found them on ebay, and just want to make sure that they are the right ones, here is the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-V-...1QQcmdZViewItem. Could someone verify that they are correct ones for me before I buy them. Thanx, Soren

Those look a lot like mine. You may have to just remove that jam nut and use it from the underside. If they seem too big to fit in the mounting hole, you may have to knock out the little brass sleeve in there to make it big enough, no biggie.

I got my mirrors in the mail today. They aren't genuine Yamaha parts. They are actually Emgo brand. They definitley are larger mirrors. I like the shape of them too. So, I am hoping that the heads will still fit onto my stock stems. If not... back on eBay they'll go.
