I've added a few more things to my bike, gaitors, grips and an oil pressure gauge.

I was just looking at ordering some white grips. Those look awesome. We have very similar tastes. I am looking for turn signal relocaters too, what size did you get? Where did you get them? ~Brent

Thanks guy's. The turn signal re-locaters are Rivco from Brent at New Speedmaster, as is most of the bits I've added. I thought I'd be finished with adding bits but already plotting the next step. I'm in two minds about chopping the rear fender. I already have the Lucas tail light, but some days I look at her and the rear fender seems right as is, other days it screams for me to chop it.

Re: rear fender chop, I'm having the same problem pulling the trigger on that project. It's not as permenant as a tattoo but it sure takes the right mood to make the cut.

So my bikes been up at work for a couple of weeks, seeing as I spend more time at work than I do at home, it's given me a chance to see it more often. Anyway, one of my customers makes up mufflers and other exhaust add ons, so I asked him to make up a set of " cocktail shaker " ends. Took them to a local exhaust guy and got him to cut my slash cuts off square and weld the end pieces on. Also removed the heat shields and polished them up again. This is how it came out. I'm pretty happy with the end result and it's altered the sound a bit too. Just ever so slightly it seems to have a better "rumbling burble " at idle which turns into " rolling thunder " when the throttle is opened. Oh yes, blacked out the headlamp bucket as well.

Wow, I love those cocktail shaker pipes! Just right. The short bolt-on's just don't fit our extended swing-arm bikes, those are perfect. What business are you in that does these pieces?

Looks great! Did you paint or powder-coat the wheels?

Looks good, although I wish you painted the headlight bucket gloss black to match the rest of the bike.

Ditto, and kept the rim chrome... The wheels look fantastic!

Thanks for the input guy's. The wheels are painted. I started with the headlight rim first and didn't like the look, so did the whole thing. In hindsight I should have done it the other way around and left the rim chromed. The matt matches the wheels and motor, but I guess it's a matter of personal taste. I'm thinking about blacking out the bars too, but trying to keep that balance of black and chrome. It's just when you start... it's so hard to stop !

give me a good shot of your bike with the bars in it at a decent size and I'll photoshop them black for you for a preview. I'll say they can go either way as long as you dont start doing the forks black, if so, then keep the bars what they are...or chrome
