Has anyone used the Dynojet kits that Brett sells. I'm running Staintune Pipes with a K&N Filter in the airbox and 135 mains. Thought my bike ran well till I took a ride on my friends T100 with Staintune pipes. His throttle response and pull was night and day over mine. Felt like I was on a sport bike!

which jet size you used from the kit? how did you check the air/gas mix is it by trial and error?

I had it dyno tuned by a mechanic.

I used a Dynojet kit on my '08 America. The directions stated to start with the 118 main jet if using free flowing exhaust with no other changes. Towards the end of this riding season I'm going to put in the poor man's velocity stack. I'm probably going to have to go up to the 122 main jet.

Just follow the instructions that come with the kit. I also put in new thumb adjustable mixture screws. They are adjusted to approx. 2 1/4 turns out. Runs great through all rpm's. I would like to get it on a dyno just to check the mixture.
