Need a little help. I purchased a new tank for my America and want to move the Kury flush mount gas cap to the new tank. Problem, the old tank came with that doodad already installed. How do you remove/install the thing without marring the chrome? Thanks in advance for any help.

You can un-screw one of the other screw and take it down to Ace Hardware and match it up with a 2 longer screws....that was what I did when I lost them

What size hex (they are hex, right?) tool do I need to remove the screws to get the inserts in place? Stupid question again, but I didn´t have the right size so I didn´t install the cap yet.

That helped, thank you very much. Got the gas cap installed just fine (when I finally found the tool for a reasonable price after looking at several stores).
