I have never read about a dyno before and after just that install. Have you already eliminated AI piped it and mapped or re-worked carbs?

I didn't do it, thought it cost too much. Many have. Claimed gains I always take as real good guesses. Without dyno before and after.

you mean after installing the pods and rejetting. The freak just keeps the bike looking stock.

160 main seems pretty big, was that figured with the jet calculator?

Go get yourself some silver-core plugs:

My kit came with the 160 jets too. They were too rich and I ended up with 155s.

790 or 865?

I experimented with d*mn near every jet combo from 145 to 158 & settled on 150's with NBZT needles, 1 .46mm shim, 45 pilots, Kawasaki vacuum springs, & long TORS, on my 07 865. Stock internals & CDI.

Mine is a 790 with minor porting work I did myself, what we used to call blueprinting. I also have the Freak kit and straight pipes.
