For those of you who try to find the right gear and accessories for your bikes, my passion for the Triumph has made me do mounds of vendor research on the internet. While there are some great and 'not-so-great' dealerships out there I want to personally recommend British Customs.

There is nothing worse than a company that has a website that doesn't reply to your emails! I have ordered several times from British Customs and I have always been satisfied. and they have always asked me after my purchase if things were satisfactory. This is outstanding customer service in my book. Your thoughts on this post are appreciated.

I'm usually impatient with email, so I just call Sean at BC. He's always ready to talk, answer questions, find out info, whatever. He's even sent me some small parts for free when I needed them even though I offered to pay. He has caller ID, so usually he just answers with "Hey Dave! How ya been?"

As an overseas buyer I found that both British Customs and New Bonneville were excellent to deal with.
Streetfighters USA would be another story though.
