In with the last truckload of tools, I found a box intended for the appliance dpt. It was labeled,

ITEM#KAT119 OBBI
QTY 3 PCS
DESCR.:KAT MEAT TENDERIZER BLACK
MADE IN CHINA

I saved the label, might send it to the Engrish.com web site.

I've always found that red ones worked better than the black ones.....par-boiling seems to work also..

I believe a nice merlot would be in order...fruity but not over powering...or a bottle of Mad-dog if one is serving a crowd.
