 EZ Bracket or Ghost Bracket?

I have been looking at the Ghost and EZ brackets. Some structural differences but they look very similar. One thing I noticed was that the Ghost brackets have a hardware option in case a sissy bar is added. From what I've seen, a whole new EZ Bracket for the Sissy bar would have to be purchased (another $150 or so). What are the inputs and preferences from those who know?

No, just a different set of (EasyBracket) posts. $25. I have both sets.

The E Z Brackets are much more beefy and are bike specific. Ghost Brackets will sell you a "universal" set with an adjustable socket on one end creating a weak point.

I agree with Fido33, go for the EZs. I love mine, no issues ever! EZ Bracket fitting onto bike with Backrest/girlie bar

+1 on EZ. The ghost brackets, as Dog pointed out, are weaker in construction.

Thanks for the replies. EZ wins on a 3 for 3 rec. Especially kudos for the info on the $25 posts to upgrade.

If you go to www.fasteddysports.com you can get the easy brackets with the posts for the backrest for the same price as the regular kit.

I got my easy brackets from fasteddy this week and put them on last night. They were...pretty easy.
