Just Du it!
Recently picked up a couple of dew rags because well, they seem to make sense. I mean, do I want all that sweat to end up in the liner of my helmet or should I wick it up with a piece of cotton I can throw in the wash? So I stopped by the local biker attire shop and got me some rags.
My assessment? Well, back in the day we'd tie bandanas on our heads and whew... did we look cool. I'm not sure who got this fashion off the ground, was it hippies or bikers but in the end it caught on with both and no matter what camp you were from (I was from both) you looked cool.
Oh yeah back to the assessment....
- They are easier to tie than a bandana - They have sweat bands (like a good hat) to wick up the sweat. - They do in fact wick up the sweat and leave your helmet relatively sweat (and therefore odour) free. - They are inexpensive. - And man, when you take off your helmet, DO YOU LOOK COOL (and even a bit tough).
My recommendation... use them, they are practical and they make you feel like James Dean.
chicks love them, and if you're a chick reading this... chicks love them.

Most places charge too much for those. We sell them for $5 each and make a profit. We see the same dew rags at bike shops for $15 give or take.

We have lowered our prices on these now this summer to $3 each. Just shows how much the shops over charge for these.
