Under the picture it said "In 50 years will they line up to look at what you drove?" Wow! made me think. Hey, check out that hot flex fuel thingy. Its ending faster than we think. HP and hot styles are heading to the museums in the next few years.
I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.

Yeah, in a way it's kind of sad that the geezers of tomorrow will have fond memories of this:

They would if they had any idea what the were looking at. Unfortunately, a lot of the good stuff has been forgotten. Here are some I've had:
'35 Ford 5 window coupe with a built up '59A engine '41 Ford Tudor with a bored/stroked 59L engine '49 Triumph Ed Kretz 650 Trophy. This produced around 48 HP, really strong in its day. '54 Hudson Super Wasp. This came with a very large inline 6 and was THE hot setup at Nascar until the V8 era started. '52 Plymouth club coupe with a Hemi and B/W overdrive '70 Newport sleeper. This was a plain jane 4 door with a 383HP (335 HP), 4 speed manual OD and no power eating options. It would go 50 in first, 100 in second, and hid the needle past the end of the speedometer at half throttle in third. '71 Jensen Interceptor. This was one of 85 MK III's that came with the 330 HP 383 before they had to change over to the desmogified 280 HP 440. These were great cars but little known, almost as unknown as the Bristol Fighter, one of the greatest cars made today. '05 Hemi Charger. This was an early one before it was crippled with that 8 cylinder/4 cylinder economy thing. '76 XLCH. This was built to the limit of street riding, very fast for its day. '58 TR3B with a bigger bore than the TR4. That one could redline in 4th gear with throttle to go.

That's quite an impressive list of cars there Ed. Combined I'd say you had enough HPs there to power the space shuttle!
Live to love, love to live.

My favorite is a sticker on the back of a blinged out Hummer that said " Honk if you've never seen a Uzi fired out of a car window"

I had a few fun ones too
71 LeMans Sport 390HP 400 aluminum Borg Warner 4spd, 3.55:1 possi.
66 Impala SS Convertible 427 Muncie M22 4spd, 4.11:1 12 bolt possi
AMX limited edition with number on the dash with the 396 BB 4spd. Don't remember much else about that one.
Also had a beat up 85 Chevy pick up with a 390 HP 400 Pontiac V8 and a TH375 trans with a 1 ton 12 bolt possi rear 3.73:1 if I remember the ratio right. Was actually a 1/2 ton truck. That thing was great fun looked like junk and was FAST.
Almost forgot my 57 MGA, that was a fun car too also had a TR6 but it was just a TR6 body I built the rest. T6 aluming frame rigid suspension, 327, 4 spd, and cut down Chevy 12 bolt rear with 3.55:1 ratio. (think the tranny was a Saginaw but I forget for sure.)

I could see the last surviving Yugo in a museum somewhere in 50+ years just because they made so few of those boat anchors. Just had to put that off road version in there.

Ed, had a friend back in college that had one of those 3 wheel BMWs. I always thought it was kinda cool.

Yeah, man, as a kid I dug the Isetta but I really, really wanted a Messershmitt Kabinroller: Here's the cabriolet version:

Yep, after WWII they were prohibited from making aircraft so they made these. As kids we always thought they were just going through a stash of old fighter cockpits, single rear wheel drive off what I remember being a motorcycle engine. One of the older kids in Nellingen (Germany) had one and used to haul me around in it.
