almost but i have seen worse if you put i fairing on that you be surprised how many power rangers be queueing up for it

I won't go so far as to call it ugly, but if one broke down in front of my house, I'd help push it down the road before the cows saw it and spoiled the milk!

No! I don't think it's the "World's Ugliest Bike"!
I think, kind'a like as lardie above said, it just needs some bodywork. It actually looks like a BMW K-bike's engine which somebody bolted into a Bimota Tesi's(with center-hub steering) frame, and as I SAID, without the requisite bodywork needed to complete the job....THAT'S ALL!!!
(heck...I'm a good designer, and I'd design that bodywork for 'em IF they'd ever care to COMPLETE the job!!!)

i guess being an engineer "apprentice" makes you like technical stuff like this. I love seeing all the moving parts not covered in body work. This is probably the exact opposite of those OCC bikes. Its function OVER form in this case and probably makes judging its overall appearance irrelevant.
