We're still dealing with plating issues that have yet to be resolved to our liking. We've decided to go with polished stainless, as opposed to chrome aluminum, on future runs. We hope this will alleviate some of the headaches. But rest assured, we're working on getting these ASAP.

I would imagine any kind of plating on something so thin and potentially flexible could be an issue, no? Polished stainless sounds like the way to go! Might even make me a convert

I got a great looking fender bib from Brent a few years back. I loved it so much that I decided to pour liquid chlorine on it during a hurricane power outage. Needless to say, it doesn't look as good as it once did.
I am thinking about re-plating, because I loved the look.
