Any of you Granite Staters going to demo the new bikes, coming in on the trailer, this weekend, at Greatbay?

Don't get your hopes up-the T-Bird is not available to ride-it's a mock up only. They will have some of the bikes with Arrow exhust attached though.

I thought these things were being delivered to the people this month. I missed something somewhere.

Very end of the month. The bikes on tour were assembled quite a while ago.

Mike- I may head up on Saturday. My pretty Bonnie is tired of being an only child, I'm considering a Bonneville SE for her to hang out with in the garage. Give me a shout if you're going to be there.

Oh! You're gonna LOVE that new SE, Paula! I took one for a spin about a month ago, and with those new 17in wheels and tires that baby handled like a dream, and the EFI gave that puppy instant response at the throttle.

There's a very nice article in the newest[July] "Cycle World" by Peter Egan about him riding the new SE around New Orleans. And, though it's rather short of details about the SE itself, as usual Mr. Egan's brilliant prose makes the article a very fun read.

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Hi Dwight-
I demo rode the 09 Bonneville last month at my dealership. With the smaller wheels and the lower seat height, I'm almost flatfooted when the bike is at stop. I was immediately hooked- very nimble and zippy. The bike was also reviewed favorably by Women Riders News a few weeks back.

Like I said in Vt., my wife loves the bike. So do I.

Is it just me or does it look like the peg position on the
T Bird leaves it cramped?
It looks like the America has more room for comfort.
