Is there anything I should know before I take apart my speedo to replace the bulb with a LED? Do you just remove the three screws on the back?

Yes, take the 3 screws out as well as a tiny one in the black plastic knurled reset knob. Pull out knob. Note how it comes out so you can get it back in again with out a hassle. Gently pull on the front housing ring.

Don't forget that 2 Nm torque wrench!

I just wanted to say thanks again. I put in blue LED bulbs last night (speedo only) and it went flawssely with all the input I had from everyone.

So....which types of lights work in the speedo?
