I just watched this movie last night. You have to dedicate an entire night to it, because of its length, but it really is an interesting literary movie once you get into it.

Anyway, "Benjamin's" vehicles of choice are motorcycles, and he primarily rides a Triumph Bonneville in those scenes which show him on a bike. There is one scene later in the movie with him and an Enfield, but he's trying to fix it instead of riding it, so that part if pretty accurate.

That's it. Nothing more to add.

He is on a Bonnie? The pic on the cover looks like the shell blue of a T-110 and the badge of an early to mid 50's. (looks like my 54 T-110 from the cover shot but can't see enough of it to tell for sure.)

Looked like an old Bonnie to me, but I sometimes have a problem with knowing poop from Shinola.

Whoa there JB,

Who's this Brad Pitt guy? I know some Pitt's over in Dixon, MT, population 216. But "Brad" doesn't ring a bell. Is he a cousin or sumpin'?

Or,

Well I'm surprised you didn't mention the part where Mr.Button spent a lot of time and money restoring an old Triumph Spitfire!!!!

(wait a minute...sorry, I got a bit confused there...THAT scene was in the trailer for the upcoming "The Perilous Plight of John Bullen" that Judie and I saw yesterday just before they ran "Star Trek" at the cineplex!!!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I haven't seen this movie. Is it the one where people get younger riding Triumphs?

I respectfully disagree. I thought it "poignant."

Excuse me, and before my moder-tater co-conspirators lock me down, I believe by definition "chaps" are ***less. If they're not, they're generally called "pants"
