Yup. Installation is virtually free, but the maintenance costs will kill you and you will only, at best, get a few good years of operation out of it. I had one.. just got rid of it (but still paying )

You have to be careful and get the better, more expensive one. The one that splits off into more garage door openers. The smaller openers are kinda short for a while, and they do eventually wear out like the first one ya buy.

 This stuff is just too funny!! Great comic relief! If you do get rid of yours don't just go out and get another one. Their all high maintenance, no matter what brand you get.

No matter how you end up parting with the current garage door opener, there are plenty others out there to replace it.
